Social Media Manager

Job Description : 

  • Implement marketing communication strategy of the client, coordinate with departments across the company to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Oversee account relationships and manage day-to-day operations and implementations.
  • Manage a team effectively and deliver expected performance as a team.
  • Be enthusiastic and responsible.
  • Interface with brands and agencies.
  • Create and present needs-based solutions and high quality answers to RFPs.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, plans and assets.
  • Coordinate approval processes, both internal and external.
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to ensure overall campaign success, uncover problems, and measure results.
  • Prepare campaign insights reports, including analysis and research leveraging performance and delivery data.
  • Framing effective strategies to maximize engagement of online audiences for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Developing and optimizing results driven from social media marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with highly reputed web portals, bloggers & online influencers through specific PR initiatives such as blogger meets, press conferences, media round tables, etc.
  • Deliver real time content within relevant social spaces which dynamically engages the audience.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client servicing.
  • Doing timely performance reviews of the teams and its members and ensuring that the set performance standard is met.
  • Support the upselling and management of clients.
  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends.

Knowledge / Skills required : 

  • 3 + years work experience at an digital marketing agency.
  • Should have experience of conceptualising, executing and managing social media/digital campaigns for brands, preferably national brands.
  • Incredible organization skills and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent client management and communication/ interpersonal skills, business writing skills mandatory.
  • Must be a self-starter, proactive and willing to learn & grow with the business.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in Digital media company/online media company with proven ability to manage a team.
