Senior Digital Client Servicing Executive

Typical activities
• Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
• The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
• Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
• Works proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.
• Ability to think about client’s problems and devise solutions for both online/offline mediums
• Decoding and communicating detailed, well defined client briefs to the Social Media Team and the Design team. Subsequently, to ensure work is delivered to client on time
• Understand Analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service
• Ability to provide tracking and reporting across clients and their individual projects
• Responsible for staying informed on activities that are being performed on their accounts and being the final sign off on ALL important documentation/deliverables before they go to a client.
• Prepares month-end overviews of client’s current activities, and monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future development of accounts
• Receives client briefings, and analyses the input of client together with background knowledge and research to produce creative brief for the Social and Design team.
• Generating accurate reports and status notifications
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• You may also be required to support on invoicing so you must be comfortable with numeracy.
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
• Must be an expert in Business Communication skills with excellent authority on presentation applications (PowerPoint, Keynote etc.)

Skills/Knowledge required:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in client servicing / key account management / marketing / in a reputed agency.
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to express the capabilities and services offered by Digitally Inspired Media.
• A solid background in advertising, design or marketing
• The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effective team management capabilities
• A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
• The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
• The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team
