Senior Business Development

Job Description / Responsibilities : 

  • Business Growth Strategy : Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion : Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and referrals.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, creative and strategy teams to develop customized digital marketing solutions for clients.
  • Networking Brand Representation : Leverage a strong professional network to identify business opportunities, attend industry events, and represent the company at key business forums.
  • Sales & Performance Tracking : Monitor business performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for better results.

Knowledge / Skills required : 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Extensive industry network with strong connections across sectors.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills to manage high-value deals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
