Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for successfully planning, analyzing, recommending and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to meet marketing goals
  • Create marketing and communication plans which can bridge web, email, mobile, social and traditional advertising together
  • Development of ad strategies for all clients and campaigns
  • Developing solutions to meet clients’ brand objectives based on consumer insight and data
  • Create Digital Marketing strategy and Product roadmap for all business application projects (Customer and Internal Organization)
  • Oversee the Online Brand promotion, SEO/SMO, Adwords, FB ads, Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing to build strong arms for sales pitch
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data to develop a robust marketing plan
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as a digital strategy advisor to both account leads (internal) and clients (external)
  • Serve as a resource for creative teams in the development of insight driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition
  • Identify opportunities and develop plans for implementing scalable social media programs to generate maximum outcome
  • Should be passionately in tune with the latest social media trends, online behavior and how to leverage them for business advantage
  • Should hold expertise in development of ad strategies for all clients and campaigns
  • Should know to consult with clients to determine strategies and budgets
  • Ensure that a client’s needs are being met and that any concerns are addressed
  • Stay in close communication with the client, answering questions, explaining strategy and providing status updates
  • Obtaining client approval on projects and communicating client feedback to the creative, servicing and social teams
  • Increase business by recommending new opportunities and services
  • Meet with respective teams during strategy sessions, recommend revisions according to the client’s needs and preferences

Knowledge / Skills required

  • 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing or strategic marketing consulting
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departments
  • Savvy with social media monetization strategies & approaches to market on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A graduate (MBA a plus)
  • Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position and grow product market adoption
  • A talent for communicating ideas, issues and solutions in a team environment
